YEARS AGO I MADE MY FATHER A FLANNEL SHIRT FOR CHRISTMAS. WHEN MY FATHER PASSED AWAY, THE FLANNEL SHIRT WAS CONVERTED TO A BEAR! USING ALL BUTTONS AND CAREFULLY CONSTRUCTING THE BEAR TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF THE SHIRT.

THESE BEARS ARE MADE WITH THE UTMOST COMPASSION AND RESPECT FOR YOUR MEMORY.

TODAY, I MAKE THESE BEARS FOR OTHERS, SO THAT THEY TOO MAY HAVE A HUGGABLE, IMAGE OF THEIR LOVED ONE. YOU CAN TALK TO THEM, SMELL THEM, AND HOLD THEM TIGHT! 

"I was a suit, hanging in my owners daughters closet for many years. I was worn to a few occasions, but the most special was her wedding. After many years of doing nothing but hanging around, she took me to a place and I was made into two bears, one for each of her brothers for Christmas. They were very happy to have me, and I now sit in their family rooms, overlooking everyday things and events. The best though is when they look at me and think of my owner, their father, because I know they are thinking of him. No more hanging around for me, I’m special now."

LEFT: THIS BLUE BEAR WAS MADE FROM A FATHER’S LEISURE SUIT THAT WAS WORN TO HIS DAUGHTERS WEDDING. I USED THE SUIT LINING TO MAKE THE VEST AND EARS. TWO BROTHERS RECEIVED THESE BEARS WITH A POEM AND PICTURE OF EACH OF THEM WITH THEIR FATHER AT THE WEDDING.
